Our unlimited calling plans are created basically to provide residential services, there are certain criteria’s and limitation’s associated to residential unlimited calling plans gentle honest use but absolutely no abuse to the system is permitted if commercial traffic is detected account will be blocked & penalties will apply, absolutely no refund will be offered. Absolutely no third party conference call’s using our unlimited calling plans.

One Day Unlimited customers are permitted unlimited minutes to call any (land line) home phone number in Pakistan for up to 12 hours.  FOR RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY “PTCL numbers” plus up to 80 minutes associated with all other Mobile phone networks.

Weekend Unlimited customers are permitted unlimited minutes to call any (land line) home phone number in Pakistan for two days (48 hours).  FOR RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY “PTCL numbers” plus up to 200 minutes associated with all other Mobile phone networks.

Monthly unlimited customers are permitted unlimited minutes to call any (land line) home phone numbers in Pakistan for the whole month period. FOR RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY “PTCL numbers” plus up to 1500 minutes associated with all other Mobile phone networks.

• One phone number will be registered with our system which you'll use to make calls to Pakistan.
• Call details provided by our servers about the usage of your prepaid plans are final and will be considered authentic record.
• All sales are final.
• PakStar Telecom; does not guarantee call quality or connectivity, and will not be responsible or liable for reimbursement of lost calls.
• Connection to a wrong number is a valid call.
• If for any reason you are not satisfied with our unlimited monthly plan, charges for used minutes will apply based on our regular calling rate to Pakistan and refund will be issued for all un-used time.

Disputes

All amounts due, including disputed amounts, must be paid by the due date regardless of the status of any objection. Disputed amounts can be addressed in the following ways: (1) by contacting 'PakStar Telecom' Customer Service by email, or (2) in writing to the address contained on our invoice. All disputes must be received within 30 days after the date of invoice. If these requirements are not met you will waive any objections. If the desired results are not achieved after attempting to resolve disputes by telephone you must state your dispute in writing and mail to the address contained on our invoice within 30 days after the date of invoice.

Security - Privacy Issues

All online payments are managed by PayPal directly. PakStar Telecom; however shall not be held responsible for the security of your data or for fraudulent use of credit card to make purchases on this web site nor shall we be obligated to make refunds or to provide any compensation where such fraudulent use occurs.  We are not liable for any lack of privacy you may experience while using the Service.

Unauthorized Use/Stolen Phone

If your phone is stolen or if you become aware of unauthorized use of Service you must notify us immediately to suspend Service. You are responsible for all charges to your telephone until Service has been suspended.

Governing Laws

These Terms and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable in such province.
